TRAUMA

Traumatic experiences mean differently to different people. The main essence of trauma is feeling threatened and/or violated; whether it is in the form of your dignity and/or sense of security being taken away, and/or your life being threatened. Sometimes, it comes in the form of losing people who are close to us, or in the loss of important relationships. This could also hold true if any of the experiences described above happen to your family, friends, or loved ones.
